• The Kingpinless Series 92 phenolic casters offer various wheel sizes and mounting heights – 6” wheel (8” mounting height), 8” wheel (10-1/2” mounting height), 10” wheel (12-1/2” mounting height) and 12” wheel (15-1/2” mounting height) and are made of a phenolic material that is highly resistant to impact damage, providing protection for floors in commercial and industrial settings. Not only are they resistant to water, oil, and grease, but because they are non-metallic, are also spark proof.
• Weight capacity ranges from 2000 lbs on the 6” caster, 2500 lbs on the 8”, 3000 lbs on the 10” and 3500 lbs. on the 12”.
• Top plate measures at 5-1/4" x 7-1/4" with a bolt hole pattern of 3-3/8" x 5-1/4" to 4-1/8" x 6-1/8" and can either be bolted or welded on.
• Brake options include a side lock brake (SLB) which applies a positive locking force against the wheel hub which prevents the wheel from moving freely, or a bolt-on swivel lock (BSL) that when inserted into one of 4 notches found on the swivel raceway converts a swivel caster to rigid for straight-line tracking at any 90 degree angle. Combining both brake types ensures complete immobility over both swivel and wheel on the caster.
